How an engagement runs
- Discovery. A few weeks at fixed scope, to settle what to build and what it costs.
- The build, phase by phase. Each phase is confirmed before it starts, once the real scope is known.
- Handover. The deliverables, source code and documentation are yours on payment in full. The retainer covers what comes after, if you want it.

Legal and privacy
Effective: April 20, 2026. Summaries of how we run custom engagements, for information only. Final scope, security obligations, IP treatment, and liability are governed by the executed MSA and SOW for each engagement.
Privacy
TSI collects only the information required to scope and deliver your engagement: contact details, project requirements, and technical specifications you choose to share. This data is never sold or shared outside the delivery team. You may request deletion at any time.
Data security
TSI protects client data through encrypted transport, role-scoped access, and client-approved hosting architecture. Deployment regions, backup policy, and access controls are defined per engagement.
Intellectual property
Ownership, licensing, and repository handover are defined in each engagement's MSA and SOW. Client rights are transferred in full upon final payment.
Quality assurance
TSI acts as architect and quality authority on every engagement. We conduct milestone reviews, integration testing, and a 30-day post-delivery warranty on all systems.
Governing law
TSI contracts under Quebec law with bilingual documentation. Jurisdiction, dispute process, and arbitration terms are confirmed in the executed MSA for each engagement.
Limitation of liability
TSI's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific deliverable in question. TSI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages. Full terms in the MSA.
