Microsoft 365 Business Standard costs ≈ 19 CAD per seat per month at list price, and Microsoft announced an increase for July 2026. Backing up your data is not included: Microsoft bills it separately.

Most small businesses mainly use shared files, the calendar and chat. That is what we host, in Quebec, for less.

    By card. On the yearly term you can also ask for an invoice.

  3. Get your access

    A machine is prepared for your organization, in Quebec. Your access arrives in your client area.

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep Outlook?

Yes for calendar and contacts, which work with Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail. Email on your own domain is a separate service for now, outside the subscription.

In Beauharnois, Quebec, in an OVHcloud data centre.

What if we want to leave?

On the monthly term you can cancel any time. The software is free software and your backups are in an open format: your data leaves with you.

Is it cheaper than Microsoft at every size?

Yes within the self-serve band: 12 CAD per seat, no base fee, against ≈ 19 CAD for Microsoft 365 Business Standard, backup not included.
