Before you subscribe
Email is not included. Your mailboxes stay where they are today, and nothing about this subscription touches them. We do set up and migrate email as a separate engagement, quoted on its own.
Ask for an email quoteMoving your existing data is a separate step
Subscribe first and start using it. When you want your history from Microsoft or Google brought over, we quote that separately, because it depends on how much you have rather than on how many people you are.

Your data leaves with you
Files, email, calendars and contacts, in open formats, with no exit fee.
Software no one can take away
The whole stack is free software, and our installer is under the AGPL-3.0 licence. Another provider can pick up where we stop.
Backups you can restore without us
They are made with restic, an open format.
Time to leave
Under a service agreement, a client subscribed for 12 months or more who cancels keeps full service for up to 3 months, at no charge, to finish migrating out.
Common questions
If your card is declined
A declined payment does not cut anything off the same day: your service keeps answering for 14 days, which is time enough to update your card.
After you cancel
After you cancel, your data stays recoverable for at least 30 days. Ask us within that window and we hand you an export of everything, in open formats. It is yours.
The support that is included
Your subscription includes 5 minutes of support per seat per month, asked for in writing from your client area and pooled across your whole team. An outage, a data loss or a defect in our service is never counted against it: that is our fault and our time. Past the allowance we tell you the cost before we start anything, and we bill CAD 95.00/h in 15-minute increments.
