  1. Measure

    How many mailboxes, how many gigabytes, how many shared files. The migration estimator gives a volume and a duration.

  2. Prepare

    We set up your machine and create the accounts. Nothing changes for your users yet.

  3. Copy

    Email, files, calendars and contacts are copied while you keep working in the old system.

  4. Switch

    Your domain’s DNS records are changed so email arrives at your new home, then whatever arrived in between is copied over.

  5. Support

    Your users keep Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail if they wish. We answer the questions of the first weeks.
